Alexandra Beaulieu

After completing my degree in management, I spent a large part of my career with Louis Vuitton, working in an international environment where credibility, communication and professional behaviour all mattered.

Frequent collaboration with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds, particularly in Asia, made me increasingly aware that professional effectiveness depends not only on what we know, but also on how we communicate, adapt and build relationships across cultures.

Nearly two decades of living abroad reinforced that conviction and became the foundation for Think Manners.

My convictions

Professional expectations are often implicit.

How we introduce ourselves, communicate, behave and respond to different situations influences how confidence, credibility and judgement are perceived.

I believe these expectations can be made easier to understand and apply. When the form becomes more familiar, people can focus more fully on the substance of what they want to contribute.

That principle lies at the heart of Think Manners.

My expertise

I am a graduate of the Protocol School of Washington®, trained and certified as an International Protocol and Etiquette Consultant.

I am also certified in the Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC), a validated assessment tool designed to help individuals and organisations understand and develop their intercultural competencies.

My work brings together professional etiquette, intercultural understanding and practical workplace experience to help students, early-career professionals and organisations navigate professional situations with greater confidence and awareness.

Having lived abroad for almost two decades and worked with international teams, I have seen how strongly cultural expectations influence communication, trust and professional relationships.

Through Think Manners, I translate these often-unspoken expectations into practical guidance that can be understood, applied and used with confidence.

Think manners!
