Alexandra Beaulieu

After completing my degree in management, I spent a large part of my career with Louis Vuitton, a major French luxury fashion house. My field of work required me to be credible in the way I introduced myself, the choice of my clothes and my behaviour in general.

With my frequent exchanges with my international colleagues, particularly from Asia, I became immediately aware of the importance of cohesive intercultural relations in a company. My belief in its importance was reinforced during the 20 years I spent as an expat.

My convictions

I have seen that knowledge and mastery of good manners are indispensable assets for professional success, whether in my field of activity or in another. Applying these golden rules allowed me to maintain my self-confidence, to be at ease in all circumstances, and to get my messages across, regardless of the cultural environment. I wasn’t worried about how I looked or whether I was doing things right. I was in full control of the form so I could stay focused on the content! My knowledge of etiquette has enabled me to remain credible and convincing throughout my career.

My expertise

I am a graduate of the Protocol School of Washington®, trained and certified as an International Protocol and Etiquette Consultant. The Protocol School of Washington® is the first and only school in its field in the United States to be accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Education and Training. It is recognized by the US Department of Education.

I am also certified in the IRC (Intercultural Readiness Check). This tool gives individuals and organisations an overview of their intercultural competencies and how to develop them. Validated by experts, the questionnaire has been used by over 70,000 people worldwide to date.

SYMBOLE-SEUL

I have been living abroad for almost two decades and have had the opportunity to work with teams from all over the world. The importance placed on intercultural understanding is a common thread in all my coaching and training. Understanding the cultural codes of your clients or collaborators is an essential element for the success of your mission. It is also and always a question of taking care of the form and showing the best image of yourself thanks to impeccable manners.

I will be thrilled to accompany you to help you gain confidence and make your voice heard whilst demonstrating “savoir-vivre”.
